WHAT KIND OF CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Tropically Impaired charges flat rate domestic shipping, with rates that vary depending on the speed of the shipment.  For exact shipping rates, please visit our SHIPPING PAGE.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON MY ORDER?

All orders with a shipping address in Florida will be charged 6% sales tax plus any applicable county taxes. 

DO WE SHIP ON HOLIDAYS OR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS?

Typically, we do not ship on Holidays or Holiday weekends. We will ship your orders on the next business day AFTER the holiday at hand.  

HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY ORDER, ASK A QUESTION, OR MAKE A SUGGESTION?

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?


Orders will be shipped by USPS/FedEx and typically take 24-48 hours to leave our location. 

DOES TROPICALLY IMPAIRED EVER DO SALES?

Tropically Impaired rarely has sales, but we do run occasional promotions.  The best way to hear about these promotions is by liking and following us on Facebook. 

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TROPICALLY IMPAIRED OTHER THAN ONLINE?

At this point in time, the only way to purchase Tropically Impaired gear is through our online store. We will be coming to stores near you in the near future for your purchasing pleasures.

HOW CAN I START CARRYING TROPICALLY IMPAIRED IN MY STORE?

We are always looking for new partners to represent the Tropically Impaired ideals. If you think Tropically Impaired may be a good fit for your resort or retail location, send an email to sales@tropicallyimpaired.com with your name, store name, and any other information telling us about your location and the other lines you carry. One of our in-house sales reps will contact you for further information.
